Ibtikaar Lab is a modern technology education company based in Muscat, Oman, built around hands-on learning and school partnerships.
Why we exist
Ibtikaar Lab exists to bring practical, technically credible technology education into schools, with AI, coding, robotics and engineering taught through real building, not just demonstrations.
We are not a tutoring center, a generic coding club, or a single-course provider. Ibtikaar Lab is a future-skills education company, and AI and coding are our first programs under a broader long-term scope.
Our approach
Students learn by building, experimenting and problem-solving, understanding concepts through hands-on projects rather than passive demonstrations.
Every program is delivered in partnership with schools, with scheduling, facilitation and communication coordinated directly with school staff.
We take a future-facing view of technology education while staying practical about what students can realistically build and understand at each stage.

Ibtikaar Lab is led by a founding team with backgrounds in technology, operations and community.
Aiman Madan
Founder & Managing Director
Aiman Madan is a software engineer with experience in artificial intelligence and software development. He studied Computer Science in the United States and has worked on AI systems and modern technology platforms.
At Ibtikaar Lab, Aiman leads company strategy, technology direction, program development, and school partnerships, with a focus on turning technical concepts into practical learning experiences for students.

Sarah leads operations, brand, community, parent communication, school coordination, scheduling, registrations, and events at Ibtikaar Lab.
